What should I wear? Where do I park? Where do my kids go? We understand the many thoughts that can come from visiting a new church, so we want you to feel completely comfortable when you visit.
At Oak View we have two worship services with different worship styles. Our Classic Service is at 9:30 a.m. and includes the choir and hymns. The Modern Service is at 11:00 a.m. and has contemporary praise songs led by our worship band. During each service you can expect to experience beautiful music mixed with rich lyrics that teach us more about God and His Word.
WE PREACH JESUS. THIS MEANS WE TEACH FROM THE BIBLE, BECAUSE THE BIBLE IS ALL ABOUT JESUS.
Often we’ll go through whole books of the Bible, verse by verse, or a sermon series on a relevant topic. The sermon usually lasts about 30 minutes. If you want to hear a sample of the preaching before you come, all of our sermons are here for your listening enjoyment!
We intentionally structure our children’s ministry to help children learn the Bible and how it relates to Jesus in an age-appropriate way. The lessons are fun and approachable and taught by committed volunteers and staff who serve Jesus by serving you and your kids.
When you arrive you will be greeted by someone from our Guest Services Team. Our team members will be happy to escort you to the appropriate room for your child, take you to the front of the line, and get checked in. At the check-in area, you’ll be greeted by a Kids Ministry volunteer or staff member who will help you register your children. You’ll be handed a sticker with your name, your child’s name, what class your child is in, and a number that identifies your child.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
We have special spots reserved for our guests, so please watch for a guest parking sign and park in our reserved area. We try to structure parking in a way that allows the maximum amount of people to attend our services.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We want you to feel comfortable. We are
thrilled that you're joining us and want you to be more focused on the service
than what you're wearing. In the summertime, it's not uncommon to see people
wearing sandals, shorts, and a shirt. Others prefer to still put on their
"Sunday best," and that's fine too! We think you'll fit in no matter
how you dress.
AM I EXPECTED TO PUT MONEY IN THE OFFERING?
Offering is taken during each of our worship services. If you're visiting with us, we don't expect you to put money in the offering plate. If you consider Oak View your church home, we'd love for you to prayerfully consider giving. You can give by check or cash at weekend services or any time during the week when you're on campus, or you can set up an online giving account here.
